A class-action lawsuit has deodorant mogul Old Spice finally facing the music that is (quite literally) their burned customers.
Virginia resident Rodney Colley filed the lawsuit against Procter & Gamble earlier this month when rashes broke out on his armpits, causing severe pain and discomfort.
Colley claimed that Old Spice’s advertising (“smell like a man”) was what appealed him to the product in the first place, and that he’d never experienced issues with any other deodorant brands in the past (hey, at least they know their marketing team is on point.)
